FAQ

Do I need a separate CAI email?

No separate CAI account setup is required. Paddle handles the receipt automatically, and CAI uses your checkout or assigned email for secure sign-in.

How do team members get access?

Team and Institutional buyers can assign access internally according to the purchased plan. Each member should sign in with the email address used for their seat or assigned by the organization. If a teammate is not recognized, contact support.

Where do receipts come from?

Paddle handles checkout, receipts, billing records, and payment confirmation.
