Refund Policy

Digital product purchases
Because CAI products are digital materials and workspace access, refund requests are reviewed under the published refund policy. Contact support with purchaser details and the reason for the request.
Membership subscriptions
Monthly CAI subscriptions renew automatically through Paddle until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal billing; it does not automatically refund prior paid periods. Access may remain available through the current paid period unless otherwise communicated.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because CAI products are digital memberships, workspaces, and educational materials, refunds are not guaranteed after access instructions, access codes, or workspace materials have been delivered. If there is a billing error or access problem, contact support promptly so we can help resolve it.
Educational-use boundary
CAI materials support internal learning and review preparation. They do not replace institution-specific review by qualified legal, compliance, audit, vendor-management, information-security, or regulatory professionals.
