Who we are

Cooperative AI Institute provides educational training, readiness, and workspace materials for credit unions and community financial institutions. Materials are professional education only and are not legal, regulatory, audit, compliance, employment, information-security, or vendor-approval advice.

Membership subscriptions

CAI Individual, Team, and Institutional Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions billed by Paddle unless canceled. Subscription access continues while the subscription is active and payment is current. You may cancel future renewals through Paddle billing support or by contacting CAI support for assistance.

Access and internal use

Individual access is for one professional. Team and Institutional access may be shared internally according to the purchased plan. Access codes and materials may not be publicly posted, resold, or used to provide external consulting or training services without written permission.

Educational-use boundary

CAI materials support internal learning and review preparation. They do not replace institution-specific review by qualified legal, compliance, audit, vendor-management, information-security, or regulatory professionals.
